Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services offered by Assam Career Path, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms with regard to your child's usage of the Platform. If you do not accept these terms, do not continue to access the Platform or use any services provided.

2. Description of Services

Assam Career Path offers educational services for interactive learning, primarily designed for children. The Platform provides various academic and skill-based courses, including subjects such as English, Social Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and more, as per the preference of students or their parents/legal guardians. The aim is to establish an online classroom that enhances learning.

3. User ID and Password

To access the Platform and its services, you may be required to create an account, providing information such as:

  • Name, email address, photo, location, and other contact details.

  • Gender and other demographics.

  • Child’s birthday and year to confirm their age.

  • Parent’s or guardian's email address to obtain approval.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on the Platform. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process. Your Participant Account user ID and password are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately.

4. Trial Classes

We offer new users one free trial class to experience our services. Only one (1) free trial class is permitted per new student. Repeated sign-ups for trial classes through multiple accounts, email addresses, or other means without prior written consent from the Company will be considered a violation of these Terms.

5. Modules and Curriculum

Students are expected to complete all levels as per the Company’s curriculum. Tutors will guide the child through the modules. The Company provides materials, content, curriculum, documents, and other media such as videos, audios, and text. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise the curriculum at any time.

6. License to Use

The Company grants you and your child a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Platform and its content, curriculum, and services, are owned by the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without permission. The Company retains the rights to all course-related materials, including videos, audio, images, and other media.

8. Use of the Platform by the Child

You affirm that you have the legal rights to enter into this agreement on behalf of your child and consent to your child's participation in the Platform’s classes, courses, and programs. You are responsible for supervising your child’s activities on the Platform.

9. Payment and Refund

Payments for courses, games, and other assignments must be made according to the selected plans. The Company offers several payment methods such as Wallet Payment, Online Bank Transfer, EMI Payment, and Card Payment. Refunds will be given only for services that were not provided as per the agreement. Subscription fees for recurring payments are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested 30 days before the next billing cycle.

10. Third Party Services

The Company may use third-party software, products, or services. By using these services, you agree to abide by the third-party’s terms and conditions. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.

11. Third Party Permission

By accepting these Terms, you authorize the Company to share your information with third-party service providers as necessary for the delivery of services. The Company is not liable for any issues that arise between you and a third party.

12. User Content

You may submit content such as questions, comments, and suggestions. You agree that the content will not violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain harmful material. You grant the Company permission to use any content you submit for purposes related to the services provided by the Platform.

13. User Communication

By accepting these Terms, you consent to receiving communication from Assam Career Path via email, phone, WhatsApp, or text message regarding service-related updates. You can opt out by replying "STOP" to the number.

14. Rule of Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction while using the services. You shall not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform or any of its components. Unauthorized use or access of the Platform is prohibited.

15. Limited Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the content or services provided will be error-free. The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or any content available on it. You agree to indemnify the Company for any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate any of these Terms. You may also terminate your relationship with the Company by discontinuing use of the Platform and removing all copies of its services.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a competent authority, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

18. Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those provisions.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, and the courts in Assam will have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms supersede any prior agreements related to the subject matter, including any Privacy Policy or additional guidelines provided by the Company.
